A Note from the Founder

Hi! I’m Hyder, the founder of PrettySkin. My journey into the world of beauty was deeply personal. Growing up with acne-prone skin, I spent years learning firsthand how the right ingredients can transform not just your skin, but your confidence. That personal search for effective solutions ignited a passion that I carried with me as I built my career as a Mauritian software engineer, working between France, Mauritius and the United States. I lived between two worlds: my professional life in tech, and my private mission to find the very best in skincare.

I eventually took the leap to merge them, creating PrettySkin and building a wonderful community of customers in France. But my ultimate dream was always to bring this passion back home. Launching in Mauritius is more than just a business expansion for me; it’s personal. It’s about sharing the brands I love with the community I come from.
