We are actively recruiting for the following roles:

1. Customer Support & Administrative Specialist

        • Location: 100% Remote
        • The Role: You are the heart of the PrettySkin customer experience. As the first point of contact for our community, you will provide thoughtful, empathetic, and effective support, ensuring every customer feels heard, valued, and cared for.
        • What You’ll Do:
          • Respond to customer inquiries via email and social media with a friendly and professional tone.
          • Assist with order management, shipping questions, and processing returns.
          • Handle general administrative tasks to ensure our operations run smoothly.
          • Gather and relay customer feedback to help us improve our products and services.
          • Become an expert on our product catalogue to provide helpful recommendations.

          • An excellent communicator with fluency in English (French is a major plus).

2. Software Engineer (E-commerce)

  • Location: Remote (Preference for European or African time zones)
  • The Role: You are an architect of our digital experience. You will work on the core of our e-commerce platform, building innovative features that make shopping with PrettySkin seamless, engaging, and secure.
  • What You’ll Do:
    • Develop, test, and deploy new features for the PrettySkin website and backend systems.
    • Work to continuously improve website speed, performance, and security.
    • Collaborate with the founder and team to translate business needs into technical solutions.
    • Maintain and enhance our existing codebase.
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest e-commerce trends and technologies to bring fresh ideas to the table.
  • What We’re Looking For:
    • Proven experience as a software engineer, with a strong portfolio of web projects.
    • Expertise in our tech stack: PHP, React, AWS, Ubuntu, Varnish, Redis.
    • A passion for building exceptional, user-centric digital experiences.
    • A collaborative spirit and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
    • An analytical mindset and strong problem-solving skills.
