Description

This is a lightweight, dual-layer toner specially designed for oily and acne-prone skin. Shake the bottle to mix the layers, then apply to get balanced hydration and sebum control for a fresh, dewy glow without any greasy feel.

It features 100-day fermented Black Rice, which is extremely rich in antioxidants to protect the skin and regulate oil production. This toner also gently exfoliates to refine skin texture and help prevent clogged pores, while Panthenol soothes and strengthens the skin barrier.

How to use:

1. Shake Well: Before each use, shake the bottle well to completely mix the two layers.
2. Apply: After cleansing, you can either pour the toner into your palms or moisten a cotton pad.
3. Absorb: Gently pat it all over your face until it is fully absorbed. You can apply multiple layers if your skin needs more hydration.
