The Mandelic Acid 10% + HA is a unique exfoliator specifically formulated for those who find traditional AHAs too harsh. Unlike Glycolic Acid, Mandelic Acid has a significantly larger molecular weight, meaning it penetrates the skin more slowly and evenly. This gradual distribution drastically reduces the risk of irritation while still effectively improving skin clarity and balancing uneven tone. It is an ideal “starter” acid for sensitive skin types or those prone to redness.

To support the skin during the exfoliation process, this serum is enriched with Sodium Hyaluronate Crosspolymer, a form of Hyaluronic Acid that ensures the skin remains hydrated and plump. Additionally, it contains Tasmannia Lanceolata Fruit/Leaf Extract (Tasmanian Pepperberry) to further soothe the complexion and minimize the visible signs of inflammation. The result is a refined skin texture and a brighter, more radiant appearance without the typical “sting” associated with chemical peels.

This water-based serum targets textural irregularities and dullness, providing a gentle yet effective way to achieve a smoother, more luminous complexion. It is vegan, cruelty-free, and formulated without oils or silicones for a clean, lightweight finish.

How to use:

1. Apply once daily, ideally in the evening, after cleansing and before heavier creams.
2. Dilution Tip: If your skin is extra sensitive, you can dilute this formula with other non-active serums or moisturizers to reduce its strength until your skin builds tolerance.
3. Avoid the eye contour and direct contact with eyes.
4. Sunburn Alert: This product contains an AHA that increases sun sensitivity. You must use a high-SPF sunscreen, wear protective clothing, and limit sun exposure while using this product and for one week afterward.
5. Patch Test First: Always perform a patch test on unbroken skin before full application. If persistent irritation occurs, rinse off and consult a physician.
6. Contraindications: Do not use on peeling, compromised, or broken skin. Avoid using in the same routine as other strong acids, Retinoids, or Vitamin C.
